Vladi combines real estate and lending experience with a background in financial, banking, and commercial law. A law school graduate who practiced in Sofia, he also completed economics coursework and earned his real estate broker education through the Real Estate Institute.
His experience includes property evaluations, loan origination, credit analysis, and credit improvement. As a longtime Chicagoland resident, he understands the local market and helps clients navigate buying, selling, refinancing, and cash-out financing with clear explanations at each step.
Through his lending work, Vladi helps clients explore mortgage programs and private money financing options suited to their needs. He also collaborates with property maintenance and improvement professionals through MyProHelpers.com.
